The challenge

The account had an audience and no architecture. Every post looked like a different publication, and nothing was reusable — each graphic was built from scratch, badly, at midnight.

The approach

We built a wordmark with a proper masthead weight, then a content system: three post templates, two colourways, one typographic scale. The rule was that any post had to be buildable in under five minutes.

The outcome

Posting cadence went from sporadic to daily because the friction disappeared. The identity now reads as a publication rather than a person shouting.

MMXXVI
Before

Twelve visual styles across twelve posts. No masthead, no scale, no reuse.

After

One masthead, three templates, a five-minute build. Daily cadence, sustained.

The process

How it was made.

I

Audit

Ninety recent posts laid on one wall. The inconsistency was the finding.

II

Mark

A wordmark with editorial weight — set to hold at avatar size and at banner size.

III

System

Three templates, two colourways, one type scale. Documented in a two-page guide.

IV

Handover

A working file the client can drive without us. That was the point.
