Chapter IV

A house method — plain, repeated, slow to break.

Five moves, every commission, whether it is a business card or an eleven-week product build. The method is the reason the work is fast without being careless.

I

Listen

A first conversation. What the business does, who buys, and what the current work is missing. No deck, no discovery invoice — a conversation.

II

Notice

We read the field: the competitors, the room, the audience. We do not begin to draw until something earns the page.

III

Compose

Design, write, film, and cut. One claim per piece, made beautifully. Reviewed together, revised once, agreed in writing.

IV

Ship

Delivered as files, live sites, printed cards, running campaigns. Done, in the world, working — not sitting in a folder awaiting sign-off.

V

Tend

The retainer, the monthly review, the small edits. The work is finished; the relationship isn’t.

The terms

What you can expect, in writing.

Written scope

Before anything starts you get the deliverables, the timeline, and the fee in plain English. No hourly surprises.

One revision round

Included on every commission. Further rounds are quoted rather than absorbed silently into the schedule.

Files you own

Source files, fonts licensed correctly, and a handover note. If we part ways, nothing is held hostage.

Answers on Mondays and Thursdays

A small house answers properly rather than instantly. Urgent work is flagged as urgent and treated that way.

XVII

If you have something worth saying clearly — we should correspond.

The studio is open for commissions in brand, web, app, video, advertising, and print. The Image → Prompt Atelier is free, forever.
